winning artist or team will design and deliver artwork transforming the walls of the subway and its northern and southern approaches into a more legible, welcoming and distinctive entrance to the area. the project – due to be installed in late spring and summer 2026 – is intended to improve wayfinding, perceptions of safety and to improve placemaking along the key pedestrian route.
