London Ambulance Service crews and call handlers reported 462 sexual harassment and abuse incidents between June 2025 and July 2026. report included sexual threats, groping, indecent exposure, explicit comments and sexual violence. almost a third of the reports came from call handles who were sexually abused by callers while trying to help them over the phone.
